A Victorian house in the North Kingston conservation area. It's in good decorative order throughout, has a splendid large hallway with high ceiling which we recently added (click here to see architectural plans), a conservatory/sun-room (used as the dining room) and an attractive and private completely walled (but still sunny) back garden.

The house is set a little back from the road behind a small front garden (with well screened parking space for one or two scooters if required). Bicycles can be wheeled through the hall then securely stored in the garden shed at the back.

The house is just a few minutes walk to Kingston-upon-Thames town center (or a short hop home via the bus if you're carrying heavy shopping back). Norbiton station is a fraction over 5 minutes walk away, (and Kingston a little under 10). There are also plenty of buses in the area.
